All our developers went to top-tier universities in Eastern Europe and 95 percent have Master's degrees in either Applied Mathematics or Computer Science. Many are certified in at least one technology and have shared their knowledge with others during internal courses, tech meetups or at VentureDK.
Ownership and Initiative
All the best things in VentureDK came from the team. We encourage Binarians to be involved in shaping VentureDK future and be product owners of everything they do.
Student Always
We support our team continuous learning through regular training, OKRs, mentorship and leadership opportunities. We also run our own software development school.
